This webpage is designed exclusively for departments within Ascension to request office moving services through Professional Movers.com corporate contract. It is designed to ensure better tracking, faster response, more accurate pricing, and accountability for each individual move project. Once submitted, the request is sent directly to a Professional Movers.com team of Moving Consultants who will contact you to coordinate your move project. The Moving Consultant will contact you within 24 hours, however, contact will often be made within 4 hours of your submitted request.
Ascension is a preferred partner of Professional Movers.com and each request will be provided the highest priory in terms of scheduling move resources. By submitting your Move Request using the form, it will expedite the process and ensure you the fastest available service.
Depending on the size of your project and/or the complexity, it is possible, that a Moving Consultant may need to visit your project prior to performing any moving services.
******VERY IMPORTANT REMINDER******
Ascension Users: When you put your requisition in with the Ascension Purchasing / Special Buyers Procurement Team to obtain your PO Number, make sure that you request a hardcopy of the PO number be sent back to yourself so you can provide it to Professional Movers.com to complete your order
After you submit your move request and a Professional Movers.com Moving Consultant has scheduled your move project, you MUST provide a hardcopy of the PO Number prior to move being performed. A copy of the PO Number should be emailed to the following address: Sabrina@ProfessionalMovers.com.
The Process For Requesting Moving Services is listed below:
1. Ascension Places Request Through Professional Movers Portal Listing who the Requester Responsible For Providing PO by including the Requester Name, Phone, and Email. Additional information provided about the move would be submitted at this time as well.
2. Professional Movers Moving Consultant will Schedule and Perform Move Review Walk-through with Ascension.
3. Professional Movers Provides Quote to Ascension.
4. Ascension Provides Hard-copy PO Number to Professional Movers.
5. Professional Movers Schedules and Completes Work.
6. Professional Movers Submits Invoice.
7. Ascension Provides Payment.
